Raynard was an insurance adjuster prior to attending law school. This unique training has allowed for his mediation and arbitration practice to prosper with understanding of what is needed from the defense/insurance perspective and understanding what is needed from the plaintiff’s perspective.

Qualifications

  • LLM in Mediation at Pepperdine Straus Dispute Institute 2020*
  • Pepperdine Straus 42-hour training on “Mediating the Litigated Case” in August of 2016.
  • Over 750 mediation and arbitrations completed.
  • 2022 Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals NADN.org
  • CLE  Presenter (NM Bar and Connectionology Seminars of America)
